We can take care of most aspects of your function, allowing you to focus on having a good time! Arranging a special event can be complex and time-consuming. Kingaroy Caterers have wide experience in organising all types of functions, so we can make your life much easier and let you relax and have fun instead!

We have a number of prepared menus suitable for social gatherings of all types (anything from finger foods and informal buffets right through to dinners). Or if you prefer, we're happy to work with you to create a menu especially for your business function - just ask us! Notes: For licensed bar services, we're happy to use whatever bar payment scheme you prefer. For example, guests could pay for their drinks individually or we could set up a bar tab. We can also arrange service staff if table service of drinks is required.   To create an individual menu for your event, we ask you to look through the menus shown above first, and then meet with us to discuss what you'd like altered. Once your deposit is paid, we provide written confirmation of your booking and the final menu. We're also happy to arrange a final meeting between the reception organiser and chef to discuss any further details prior to your function if required.   If you'd like us to cater at an outside venue (ie not one of our Kingaroy venues) we usually like to have a meeting prior to accepting your booking so we can determine if the venue has the facilities we need or if we'll need to hire extra equipment (and if so, how much this might cost).

Apart from a venue and food and drinks for your special event, there are many other things you'll probably need as well. But thanks to our experience catering for a wide range of South Burnett functions, we can help with many of those too! Party Supplies If your special event is a birthday or anniversary, you might want to purchase party supplies for extra festive spirit (eg: balloons, streamers etc). We know who provides these kinds of services in the South Burnett and we're happy to advise you. DJ's And Entertainment Want a DJ or live music at your special event? We've worked with several terrific local DJs and can help you get in touch with them, as well as a number of very good local bands and professional entertainers who'll play anything from rock and roll through to country for your guests. Tent and Marquee Hire Want to hold your special event outdoors? If you need tents, marquees or similar items, we know the best local suppliers and are very happy to help you get in touch with them. Other Things The range of special events we cater for is enormous and no two are quite alike. So if you need something else to make your event truly special and aren't sure where to get it (or even if it's available), please don't hesitate to ask us about it. Chances are we already know where you can get it. Or if it's not available locally, we can often advise you about alternatives that might do just as well - just ask us!
