Business conferences, seminars, meetings and training sessions are an everyday part of modern business - but they can also be time consuming to organise. Kingaroy Caterers can help you by simplifying your business catering arrangements. We can take care of most aspects of your function, allowing you to focus on the core things you want to achieve from it. We can supply: Venues for your function (or you can select another venue and ask us to do the catering there) Pre-planned menus suitable for a wide range of business gatherings from breakfasts through to all-day seminars, dinners and evening meetings (we're also happy to work with you to develop a customised menu to suit your tastes and budget if needed) Fully licensed catering (ie bar services) with a variety of payment schemes Complete catering set-up and clean-up. Arranging a business function can be very complex and time-consuming. Kingaroy Caterers have wide experience in organising all types of business meetings, though. This allows you to focus on your meeting content instead.

We have a number of prepared menus suitable for business gatherings of all types (anything from breakfast meetings through to dinners). You can view PDF copies of our latest ones below: Breakfast Menu Conferences and Training Menu Conference Packages Buffets BBQ Buffets Pre-Dinner Savouries Finger Foods Main Meals Desserts Drinks You can simply select the menu(s) that suit your own tastes and budget. Or if you prefer, we're happy to work with you to create a menu especially for your business function - just ask us! Notes: For licensed bar services, we're happy to use whatever bar payment scheme you prefer. For example, guests could pay for their drinks individually or we could set up a bar tab. We can also arrange service staff if table service of drinks is required.   To create an individual menu for your event, we ask you to look through the menus shown above first, and then meet with us to discuss what you'd like altered. Once your deposit is paid, we provide written confirmation of your booking and the final menu. We're also happy to arrange a final meeting between the reception organiser and chef to discuss any further details prior to your function if required.   If you'd like us to cater at an outside venue (ie not one of our Kingaroy venues) we usually like to have a meeting prior to accepting your booking so we can determine if the venue has the facilities we need or if we'll need to hire extra equipment (and if so, how much this might cost).

Apart from a venue, food and drinks and table and bar staff for your meeting, conference or training session there are many other things you'll probably need as well. But thanks to our well-equipped venues (which are ideal for business gatherings of any size) we can help with many of those too! Whiteboards and Flip-Chart Stands Whiteboards and flip-chart stands are available to the South Burnett Enterprise Centre and the Kingaroy Town Common Hall, and can be arranged for the Kingaroy Town Hall if needed. Data Projectors If you need a data projector for your meeting but don't have one, we can make one of these available to you at the South Burnett Enterprise Centre at no charge. TV and Video A TV and VCR player are available at the South Burnett Enterprise Centre and can be made available to you at no charge. Computer Room If you need a room to conduct computer-based training, the South Burnett Enterprise Centre's IT Room is ideal. It has a dozen PCs hooked up to a central server with individual workstations for each PC, along with a central conference desk and data projector. The IT Room can be hired through us on an hourly, half-day or daily basis. Seating Arrangements Need a special seating arrangement for your function? (eg: theatre, U-shape etc?). Just let us know and we'll set up the seating for you in your preferred format. Internet Connections Need to use the Internet at your function? You can connect to the Net using the phone plugs that exist for this purpose at the South Burnett Enterprise Centre. Arrangements can also be made for this at the Kingaroy Town Hall if required.

All our business bookings are taken in accordance with our plain english Functions Booking Policy. This outlines when deposits and catering fees need to be paid and the many easy options we have available to accept payment. This policy also outlines our duties and responsibilities to you.
