Arranging a business function can be very complex and time-consuming. Kingaroy
Caterers have wide experience in organising all types of business
meetings, though. This allows you to focus on your meeting content instead.
We have a number of prepared menus suitable for business gatherings
of all types (anything from breakfast meetings through to dinners). You can

You can simply select the menu(s) that suit your own tastes and budget. Or
if you prefer, we're happy to work with you to create a menu especially for
your business function - just ask us!
Notes:
For licensed bar services, we're happy to use whatever bar payment
scheme you prefer. For example, guests could pay for their drinks individually
or we could set up a bar tab. We can also arrange service staff if table
service of drinks is required.
To create an individual menu for your event, we ask you to look through
the menus shown above first, and then meet with us to discuss what
you'd like altered. Once your deposit is paid, we provide written confirmation
of your booking and the final menu. We're also happy to arrange a final meeting
between the reception organiser and chef to discuss any further details prior
to your function if required.
If you'd like us to cater at an outside venue (ie not one of our existing
venues) we usually like to have a meeting prior to accepting your booking
so we can determine if the venue has the facilities we need or if we'll need
to hire extra equipment (and if so, how much this might cost).
Apart from a venue, food and drinks and table and bar
staff for your meeting, conference or training session there are many
other things you'll probably need as well. But thanks to our well-equipped
venues (which are ideal for business gatherings of any size) we can help
with many of those too!
Whiteboards and Flip-Chart Stands
Whiteboards and flip-chart stands are available at the Kingaroy
Town Common Hall and can be arranged for other venues if required.
Data Projectors
If you need a data projector for your meeting but don't have one,
we can make one of these available to you at our venues for a modest
charge.
TV and Video
A TV and VCR player can also be made available to you at our
venues at a modest charge if required.
Seating Arrangements
Need a special seating arrangement for your function? (eg: theatre, U-shape
etc?). Just let us know and we'll set up the seating for you in your
preferred format.
Internet Connections
Need to use the Internet at your function? You can connect to the Net using
the phone plugs that exist for this purpose at all our venues - just
ask us in advance.
Outdoor BBQ
Outdoor BBQs are very popular for informal gatherings in the warmer months,
and Barambah Wines have a great outdoor BBQ facility at their Moffatdale
cellar door if you want to hold this type of event.
We're also happy to cater for BBQ-style events at venues of your own choosing - just ask us
about it.
All our business bookings are taken in accordance with our plain english
Functions Booking
Policy (PDF). This outlines when deposits and catering fees need to be
paid and the many easy options we have available to accept payment. This
policy also outlines our duties and responsibilities to you.
Please note that all bookings are subject to availability - that is,
if a venue is booked for a particular day already, we regret that we're unable
to accept your booking for that venue on that day.
