immediately if you phone us, and usually within
one working day (or less) if you email us or submit a booking enquiry
to us.
You should note that all our bookings are taken in accordance with our plain
english
Functions Booking
Policy. This outlines when deposits and catering fees need to be
paid and the many easy options we have available to accept payment. This
policy also outlines our duties and responsibilities to you.
All bookings are also subject to availability. That is, if a
venue is already booked for a particular day or we're fully booked out with
other functions, then we regret that we'll be unable to accept your booking
for that venue and/or function on that day.
In cases like these, though, we'll work with you to see if we can
find a suitable alternative.
